The Hacker House - is shared living and co working solution all in one. our team has set out a mission to re fine the Funture model of live / works space. is it really necessary to commune to “office” for works in the age of AI and Digital world? could works happening at home or somewhere informal? Taken consideration of the existing structural elements of the house. we had spited the Live (private) & Work (public) space into half quite literally. The boundary were draw underneath an old concrete beam. the properties is a typical Hong Kong 50’s modernist residential building. historical architectural features were persevere and highlight. its linear layout has given you an illusion that interior space seem a lots larger and it is.
